Need suggestions on upgrade ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0 and EP 6 to EP 7

Hi Experts,

We are upgradaing our current version ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0 for SAP R/3 and EP
6 to EP 7 for enterprise portals..Kindly suggest what are pre-requisites
like notes etc need to be taken care from Workflow perspective for both R/3
and Portal.Thanks in advance.
