Hi Bhupinder,

Perhaps you should tell us more about your requirement, SAP release, etc.

For example, is this a 'one-off' issue? Has the user departed, and the work
no longer needs to get done?
Is the object deleted, but the workitem remains?
Do you need to do this on a regular basis?

Yes, technically you can use SWWL to delete sets of workitems - but not by
userid, and it is definitely not recommend for Production.
You can view what is in a selected user's inbox using SWI5, and then if you
have workflow administrator privileges, you can change the workflow and
delete the workitem. But what happens downstream?

If this issue recurs, you should probably re-visit the design. Userids
should always be checked for validity if you are delivering workitems
directly to users. That way you won't deliver workitems to users who have
left the company. Workflows should also react to 'object deleted' events -
so you never deliver a workitem on a deleted task. So perhaps some root
cause analysis is also necessary.

Regards,

Sue
