How to Investigate about Work items in the workflow inbox for purchanse requisition

Hi Madhu,
You do know that if you generate workitems with no agent assignment, and
they are marked as general tasks - they will go to all users in your system,
right?

A good rule of thumb is to terminate Rule Resolutions if they have no
result, thus preventing workitems from being delivered to all users.

Just my 2p.

hi,
Could you please give some more details to resolve the issue. The work
items are in Dialog mode, Ready status with out agent assignment.
I have checked in TCODES: SWIA and SWI2_FREQ.
I am attaching the screen for more info.(See attached file:

Hello,

Look in SWIA to figure out where they're coming from, then you can
figure out why they are being sent.
