You can also filter by task group, which might be very efficient from performance point of view (there is index for task group).

Thank you very much. I didn't know it is possible. Unfortunately we
have too many workitems as of now - the transaction dumps. However the
idea of using it for more than one user (by entring some other otype
than 'US') is very interesting - I will explore it.
