Highlight Text in Bold for Mail Messages

Hey guys,

I'm trying to highlight some text inside of a standard mail task in bold but when testing in SOST, it does not get highlighted. I'm using the following inside of the message body <H>&var&</>. The language option is also set to English. Any idea why that's not working?
