Object Changeabilty Pop-up

Hi ,

When the user tries to execute the workitem from SAP Inbox (SBWP),
they get the pop-up that "Client 300 has status 'not modifiable' .
Choose Display object or Cancel.

Not sure what is causing the issue.

Please help analyse the cause., we recently had a system refresh, this
is happening in out QA system.

Appreciate any input.
