Workflow syntax errors not in DEV or QAS

Can you please check whether the versions are getting updated in Prod once you transport from Dev. What exactly the error you are getting? 
 
You can try running
function module SWD_WFD_REPLICATE_FROM_9999 with that template number this might solve issue.
