Hi Sheldon,

It is just happening in two different workflows. Sorry for the confusion.

Regards,
Sue

Hi Sue,

Your initial screen capture shows condition step 993 with a syntax error in
workflow WS90100104.
Your next screen capture shows a runtime issue with workflow WS90100052.

Is this a subworkflow? Is there a problem with workflow WS90100052 (you
can check with SWUD)?

Thanks Rick. I had tried what that said and it did not help. The workflow
says Active, Saved in PRD, but goes into error status when the workflow is
executed.

The Workflows are failing in PRD now. There is no error in DEV or QAS, so
I'm at a loss as to what to do.

Hi Sue,

In 2005, someone wrote in WUG:

"Please add a logical operator (AND, OR)"

Going into the edit mode of the condition and only press enter (no
change of the condition), and after that do a syntax check : no error
occurs. After the activation of the workflow there still is no problem.
If I go out of the workflow and go back in the workflow builder the same
problem as above described occurs.
Hope this helps!

We are on ECC 6.0.

I have made changes to two workflows and have moved them up the path to
production. I had no syntax error messages in DEV or QAS, but when it gets
to PRD, I have syntax errors. The errors make no sense because what it
says is not true. Can anyone help?
