Substitution for Certain Workflow Templates

Hi Shai,

Long time no talk.  This thread is really of interest of me now as I have a customer who asked me if it is possible to assign substitutes based on roles and I said no.  Please  don't mind me asking you directly but I need to know more about this "substitution profile" thing:  how is it done?
