Hi Sue,
Yes, Aditya is correct I recently had same issue when I correct the binding parameters it started rightfully, most of the time the parameters of the task and the source is not properly match but once you identify this will work as design.

Hi Sue,
I believe the required parameters are not getting passed to that rule. So, I would request you to double check the container binding between rule, task and workflow template.

Thanks,
Adithya K

We are on ECC 6.0.  My problem is in the QAS system.

I have added a decision step in an existing workflow.  The agents for the first decision are determined by a rule.  Then the decision is executed.  Then there is a condition step to determine if the next decision should be executed.  If yes, the agents are determined by another rule for that decision step.

In QAS, the first decision goes to the people in the rule.  After it is executed, the second decision step comes up for execution for the person that executed the first decision.  When I look at the log there is stating “Error in resolution of rule ‘AC90100011 for step # - no agent found”.  If I go to the workflow log and do a Display workitem and then an Execute Agent Rules on the decision step, it then finds the agent in the second Rule.

The same workflow works fine in the DEV system.

Does anyone know what might be happening?
