Mark,

Seems the BIT611 is mostly given together with BIT610. I followed the BIT610 years ago... but they don't seem to offer it separately.... (belux)

Too bad

Best Regards

Koenraad

Hi Berry,

The SAP workflow training curriculum is fairly comprehensive and definitely worth attending:

BIT600 - Introduction to workflow, learn how to use standard templates, inbox options
BIT601 - This is the 5 day build and use after which you should be comfortable building workflows from scratch. Also covers some of the more advanced techniques such as dynamic parallel processing, event triggering, rule resolution, business object enhancements
BIT610 - 3 day programming for workflow course. A full day of this is just on business object enhancement. Excellent examples for areas such as rule resolution using function modules, Check and Receiver Type function modules
BIT611 - 1 day workshop to learn how to use ABAP classes in the workflow environment. Very useful to understand the way instance handling works.

So, all of the courses are useful. Even if you are already comfortable building workflows they will teach you how to do stuff properly (e.g. error handling) that you may currently be 'improvising' solutions for.

Regards,

Mark

Subject: Workflow Training Classes

I am looking to increase my knowledge in the workflow arena. I have read both versions of "Practical Workflow for SAP" and they have been terrific! I have been working with workflow for over 1 year now and I am looking for something more. Has anyone taken any classes on workflow (NOT introductory level) they would recommend?

Thanks,
Berry Martin
