How export a workflow, task and busines objects customizing

[Gonzito Workflow]

Hi all,

We have implemented customized workflow  for purchase requisition.

the workflow called ws90000016 and it has a task called TS90000008 that use a new bor called zbus2009.

I need to generate a file export to these objects.

Please, can anybody tell how do i get for...
