SAP Buiness Workplace -Auto Refresh

Hi All,
Is there any way to auto refresh the user's inbox. Client is on SAP 4.7.
Users  want to see the new work items& sub folders (like 'Grouped according tp Task, content..etc) automatically without refreshing the Inbox and folders.
 
Any way to hide other subfolders under Inbox->Workfloow-> grouped acc.task,content,content type,sort key. User just want to see 'According to Task'.
 
Is it possible to customize the business workplace-SBWP
