Price block Buyer- workflow issue

Hi ,

I have an issue wherein the price block workflow is not going to all
buyers maintained for the material. The workflow is triggered only for
the first buyer. It is happening only for one company code(Netherlands).
Rest all company code the workflow is triggered for all the buyers
maintained for that particular material group. Please suggest.
