ISR - Complete button causes termination

Dear All,

I have a multi level approval scenario. The Approval by the managers works great. When the Workitem reaches the processor, the step needs to be completed. In the binding of the task; Field &IFV& = 'P'. This allows the processor to view the workitem as the approver does, but not with the approval options. Only a pushbutton to complete. When clicking the complete pushbutton an error occurs. The Workitem is in a reserved status and the workflow does not complete...

Currently we are on EP7.0
SAP NetWeaver Application Server 7.00/Java AS 7.00
