Forwarded work items are not displayed in the inbox

Hello Wuggers,

Not sure how many of you are aware of this problem; however, I thought it would be very beneficial to share this information with the user group.  For those of you that have applied SAP Note 1242394 to your system, a program error resulted that prevents work items from being forwarded to the recipient.  If this is left unchecked, this could really cause some big problems.  These forwarded work items end up in SWI2_ADM1 - Work items without agents.  At a minimum I recommend checking to see if anything is sitting in SWI2_ADM1.

The fix is to apply SAP Note 1308276 to your system and after refreshing the organizational environment (SWU_OBUF), the items will be displayed again.  Just discovered this in our system after applying the most recent batch of SAP Support Packs.
