Extended Notifications- No Message text in mail

Hi Friends,
 
Just one more finding wrt problem:
 
If We choose delivery type as " email_plain " , we can see the text in
the message being sent..
 
What needs to be checked so that we can use option "EMAIL_HTML"?

Hi all,
 
We have done the related configuration in one of the systems and facing
a problem. (We have chosen delivery type as email_html  .)
Work item entry is getting selected and getting delivered . But we are
not able to see any description of the work item in the message sent.
This work item is corresponding to std User decision task.

Can you pls suggest what are we missing?
Any inputs are appreciated.
