Hi Manish,
In addition to the remark replied by Sue, you have to make sure your workflow container has mandatory element with the type of the business transaction, such as BUS2000115.
If I recall you used a custom Z type. In this case your workflow template will not appear.
Good luck.

Hello,
We need to provide users with an option to start a custom workflow from transaction CRMD_ORDER. So a custom workflow with "Start Form" was created. Also the user was defined as one of the possible agent. \
However the workflow is not listed in CRMD_ORDER > GOS > Start Workflow, though it's visible in SWUI. What we see instead is the following message in the window.
Help
Several objects are known in the selected work item. To start a workflow, perform the following steps in the specified order:
1.
Select an object
2. Select a workflow
3. Start the workflow
Any ideas what could be wrong?
Regards,
Manish
