Work items not visible in SAP Inbox

Hi Akshay,

                It seems like a buffer problem. Synchronize the buffer
and check. We faced the same many times.

I had also tried that refreshing buffer and org environment still no
difference..

Has someone implemented the WF_BWP_SELECT_FILTER BAdI in your system?
Check this via SE18 and see if there is an impementation.

Hello Friends, 

 

We are facing a strange issue:

 

In a DEV system after testing a workflow from Workflow builder, we are
not able to see the work item in SAP Inbox of the user. ( Work item  is
corresponding to Standard decision task.) 

However we can see in workflow log that work item is sent to desired
user.

Strangely, non-of the dialog  tasks/work items are visible in Inbox. We
are able to see the notifications

 

Are we missing anything ?  We have checked the customizing, agent
assignment  etc. 

 

P.S. If we execute the work item from SWIA and then use the " Cancel and
keep work item in Inbox", of user decision, then I am able to see this
in user's Inbox.
