what does it mean if a Work item in reserved status

Hi Rajesh,
A workflow is reserved when it is executed from the Workflow in-box.
For example, if you have a workflow that goes to multiple people, it
will be visible to all in their in-boxes. It will show as a white box
under the status field in the in-box. The first person that executes
the workflow "reserves" it. It disappears from all of the other
people's in-boxes and only the person that executed it will see it. It
will show as a box that is half white and half shaded under the status
field in the in-box.
There is a Replace button in the workflow in-box that will allow a
reserved workflow to be "Replaced". This will put the workflow back
into the in-boxes of the original people who got it in the first place.
