Resend notification with Extended Notification

Hello experts,
 
I'm using Extended Notification for quite a while still I couldn't find a way to resend mail notification. Once SWN_SELSEN has created  mail message for notification it will not process it again. I've executed SWN_SELSEN and marked "No Time Check During Send" but it would not resend mail notification.
 
Has anyone found a way to deal with the issue?
