Simon - the problem is that you foolishly put in SP18. If like us you
loose the decision buttons and the tasks now launch differently look at
note 1133821  - it fixed it for us.
 
P.S have you now got a resubmit button ??

Subject: UWL - Support Pack 18


We installed the UWL support packs up to version 7 sp 18.  When
registering the webflow connector all the decision tasks have been
changed to be launched by 
 
the sapiaclauncher.  None of the decision buttons were built in the
display of the workitem.  Object links that were orginally suppressed in
transaction swfvisu are visible.   The customised configuration xml to
show a memo link was also not executed.  The workitem cannot be
executed.   Does anyone have an idea what might have happened
