Manish,

Did you defined a delegation? I defined a subtype to BUS2000115 and did delegation and user status works greate.

Shai,

We are using a custom object based on BUS2000115. Its a copy and not a subtype.
As for the object category we are using COH.

So what do you think. Is there something that might be missing?
