Agent determination running under last agent instead of WF-BATCH

Hi,

     I’m looking at some older custom AP and PO workflows that have been migrated to ECC 6.0 and have found that steps occurring after a decision task are being executed under the ID of the person who completed the decision task instead of WF-BATCH.  This includes the agent determination rules for the next dialog items.  Is there a setting or trick to correct this?  I already checked that the RFCs are set to run as WF-BATCH instead of the current user.
