Attachment interpreter problem.

Hi all,

We are in 4.6c using a workflow with r3f executable attachment. After a system copy from the productive to QA system in  the QA we have the following message displaying the attached form: attachment interpreter cannot be started. (Exeption 1005 for BO FORM)

I was looking on the OSS and SDN, but nothing yet.

Does anybody faced this issue before?
