Extended Notifications - Webdynpro Hyperlink

That's cool. I am trying to achieve the same. I am following the
documentation under the following link:

Can you please point out some of the important points to be careful
about ? I need to be able to deliver tasks to the outlook inbox and the
user should be able to execute workitems from here.

I now have Extended Notifications working (hooray).  We are delivering
an email with a hyperlink to the Webdynpro application as set in the
General Settings and determined from SWFVISU.  It creates a hyperlink
that executes the webdynpro (LeaveRequestAdmin) and references the WI_ID
from Workflow and updates the WI status.  Super.

 

BUT, what if the email is forwarded to someone else and they execute the
hyperlink?  Well it works fine for them as well, which appears to be a
bit of a security hole to me.
