SWN_SELSEN: Unable to determine telephone number

Hm...

I have created a simple notification scenario with one active subscription for recipient *

I have a correct eMail recipient address in my user master data record.

User <User-ID>: Unable to determine telephone number
HTTP error 403 when creating message
Error when creating message


The result is, that no notification is send.

Any ideas?
