Attatch document in mail step.

Sorry, I assumed you were looking for something more than a simple "Send
Mail". For I was thinking of a previous thread with a different
developer on how to complete this in a BOR / ABAP Object, etc.  
 
If the object exists before a "Send Mail" step and this is all you need,
Sherie's suggestion is most definitely what you want!

Yes you can attach a document to the mail step.  Simply bind the
document to the attachments and bind the attachment to the mail.  If you
are sending to external mail, you want to make sure that the document is
SOFM type.
