annual leave vs sick leave workflows

Alice,
I think that if 'approver' is going to be same for set of leave request from
different employees(say 10), workflow will combine all the 10 leave requests
in to one email notifcation(UWL or SBWP). So I would suggest you to make the
workitem text more generic. Like 'Leave Request waiting for Approval'
