Hi Ramki,
Thanks a lot for taking time and replying in detail.
However, currently I am able to see all of these specified services
active.
Am I missing any other service? ( i.e I have already activated
swn_message1 , swn_wiexecute, shortcut - as specified in online docu.)
Is there something to check from SCOT side i.e. what should be the
output formats to be specified for SMTP node?

Thanks for input.
But I could see 5 services from online docu for Extended notification.
Let me know if I am missing any additional services.
Regarding checking the notification text, I am referring the message
text in SOST only , but not able to see it!
( Currently system is not sending mails externally. Basis team might be
doing this shortly then we will have actual email received to our
outlook mail IDs.)
As mentioned in my earlier response, While debugging I could notice that
in message build method, FM which calls the BSP returns no content( if
delivery type if email_html..) Is there some setting missing wrt BSP or
SCOT settings for sending message?

Hi Akshay - Just went through this and it's more like 7 or 8 services to
be activated in SICF.
But if you are seeing the texts in EMAIL_PLAIN and not in EMAIL_HTML
format it could be your groupware that is to blame. I know older
releases of Lotus Notes for instance do not interpret the HTML tags
correctly.
Check if you can see the texts when you display the message in
transaction SOST. If it shows up there but not in your groupware inbox,
then you need to look at your groupware release and whether there are
any local groupware settings regarding HTML that need to be set.

I have not yet verified the same from actual email ... But , there are
some items pertaining to yesterday also, for which text is not visible.
Like Mike was mentioning , any other specific web service etc which
will actually affect the message building ( or which will affect
standard BSP application which builds message?)

Akshay, I have sometimes noticed a delay in SOST to display the message.
Have you tried to push the message to the email address and
verify?
