Error while executing standard workflow

Hi Experts,

While trying to execute standard template 'WS20500029' 'ISUQuoDecisi'. I am
getting an error 'object type ;ISSUDQUOTA' belongs to non-active
component'.Please let me know what would be the reason for this error.Thanks
in advance.
