SAP Business Workplace-User Last Name & First Name

Hi All,
I can't see the changes made in User Profile(First Name & Last Name, Trax Code-SU01) affected in user's business workplace. I am trying to change the R/3 Inbox Header text with User's First Name & Last Name...I assume business workplace header string will be from SU01 settings..

do I need to refresh any thing..to get the changes affected...thanks in advance..

we are in SAP 4.7
