RSWWERRE cancelling in ECC 6

Hi Mike,
Tinkering with the org structure?? Ha! Of course people tinker with the org structure, and that's why they come and complain that workflow is broken. (off-topic rant)
But I've run that rule with all valid import parms, and it finds agents. I've noticed that RSWWERRE is not so kind; it only passes in ONE of the import parameters, which is why no agent is found. Still, where it gets this information is at the root of the question, I think.
System logs brought no real joy. Here is a snap of SM21.

Thanks for the investigative tips.

Sue,
We've had no problems with SWWERRE cancelling itself like this that I know of but I must say I'm intrigued as we might have to worry about this in a few days time when we upgrade.
Two things that I would look at though first before I debugged stuff:
#1 Do the Responsibilities to the Rule exist still or have they been blatted by someone's HR Org tinkering unexpectedly? A quick test in PFAC with the same values might be worth a try.
#2 What does the app log show as the real error being caught?
Regards,
Mike GT

All,
We are upgrading to ECC 6, and I've noticed in our Development box, that the job SWWERRE is canceling itself... ie: it ends with status 'CANCELLED'
Below is the Job Log...

In our QA environment, this job finishes normally, and the Job Log says...

I've started debugging, and noticed that this job is calling a custom rule resolution function and that function is not finding any agents (due to missing import params).
So the key is the Agent Not Found error message.
I was hoping somebody could save me days of class-debugging and bleeding eyes if they had already had this issue and resolved it?
Thanks,
Sue
