Event for record management workflow

Start event trace to see the triggered event and business object involved in the process..

Hi experts,
We are working on the integration of workflows with the Records Management  we have an issue with the Following :
The Event for record is not getting triggered when we create or Change the record in the organizer (Tcode).
Can u pls let us know when the Business object   Record and its events are triggered .
