SRM- DLM- Approval Preview.

I am trying to establish deadline monitoring on theSRM shopping cart approvals. The part I am having trouble with is that when you check the status on the portal, it says rejected but if you look at the Approval Preview you can not tell what happened, that is was rejected due to deadline monitoring and who missed the deadline. Please advise.  I don't  know where to add this?
