URL to execute a WI

I looked at RSWUWFML2 (as I like to use SAP std stuff). But it delivers
SAPmail to a user and 'if' they have auto forward switched on, then it will
get forwarded as an email. Which is not really what I am after. I really,
really want a hyperlink to the UWL WI, or to the UWL if it's not possible to
select a WI.

So, I need to discover the URL for the UWL and embed that in an email. But
my latest option is to use Extended Notifications (looks like the WUG topic
of the moment). Here I ran RSWNUWLSEL (only once) and then scheduled
SWN_SELSEN but when I look on SOST I do not see any emails.
