Extended Notifications - Handler for User <CL_SWN_USER_STD>

It appears that the e-mail address for the recipient of an e-mail
delivered by extended notifications is being derived from the central
user administration.  Is there a way to configure it to get the email
address from HR infotype 105 sub type 0010.
