User Decision Translations

Hi,
We have done translations for User decision title and options in Chinese
For one particular Decision Task translation was not maintained in Chinese.
When the user logged on to Chinese he was able to see the text maintained in English.
But now all of a sudden the decision texts are all by default appearing with text  Decision in Chinese
Has anyone faced this problem where the option text which is no where related to it appearing.
