Memory Protection Fault in OLE Container Control: SOFFICEINTEGRATION101

Hello Wuggers,

Wanted to know if anyone has experienced a similar problem when utilizing a start form for a workflow that has a document from template step.  Our SAP user is trying to launch a workflow that utilizes a start form.  After he adds an attachment and proceeds to click "Start," he receives the following message listed below:

Memory Protection Fault in OLE Container Control

Message no. SOFFICEINTEGRATION101

Even though he receives this message, it appears the workflow still starts because he can retrieve it in his SAP Inbox despite the message to fill out the Document from Template step.  Another strange thing happening is that he is not able to open another excel spreadsheet as he completes the Document from Template.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
