Workflow approvals using blackberry

Lotus Notes hangs up when you open an HTML Notification eMail, that's one (obvious) reason.
The other one was to remove as many line-breaks as possible to display the notification within the small eMail reader of the blackberry.
And third, we're using a service alias to reduce the length of the generated hyperlink.
More or less, this is cosmetics, and you've to enable the standard notifications first, and get the things running, before changing the services.
