Agent Assignment -> Maintain -> Set to general task not picked up by transport system

Hi

If you only want to change the agent assignment of  a task and want to set it to general task... how do you make sure this is picked up by the transport system?
It seems the system doesn't trigger a request when this is the only thing you change.
