Table SWWCNTP0 size 14 Million records

Hi All,

We are having a growth in transactional data  issue and the sizes of these tables are growing signaficantly. 

 

SWWCNTP0 

SWWLOGHIST

SWWWIHEAD

SWPSTEPLOG

SWPNODELOG

 

However, active number of work items are very minimal. What is a best approach to reduce the size of these. archiving? Any ideas will be highly appreciated. We are on ECC6.
