Workitem lock ignored when workflow logically deleted/completed by admin

Hello,

I have noticed this and assume it's standard because of the situations
that can cause it (e.g. a user executing a WI could raise an event that
terminates the WF before (s)he is finished).
What normally happens is that the error monitoring job comes along in the
next 20 mins and clears it up. Since it doesn't do it in your case, I
would raise this with SAP.
