EBP Goods/Services Worfklow

Hi All,
I need to develop a service entry sheet approval workflow in SAP EBP..EBP is new to me.. Here is the scenario
when an employee enters submits goods/service application in EBP, a work item need to be sent to requisitioner that intiated the service request purchase order.

I am new to EBP and not sure where(in EBP or R/3) to activate/search workflows in EBP...


Any help is appreciated...
