This is a standard feature. The moment any 'one' of all possible agents executes the workitem, it will be removed from other's inbox.

Hi Friends,

I have developed a Workflow for Purchase requisition.

 I'm facing some issue related to work item delivering to no of user's and approve.

I have designed with Decision Step which calls the Rule and the pull all the users and work item is forwarded, let us keep if you forwarded work item to 3 users then if anyone of the user is approving the work item then it should not be remain in other 2 users.

How can we handle this situation please guide me.
