As I recall the standard MSS workflow requires a step to be completed by
the HR processor/service center.   Are they receiving the work item?

We are currently implementing ESS/MSS.  My workflows are triggering
based on the defined events yet the backend database - SAP is not
updating.  Any ideas as to why workflow completes but SAP is not
updated?

Currently on ERP 6.0 with basis level at 13.
