ABAP Class Triggering Event

Hi All.
I am not quite sure what's the issue that I'm facing with.
I created ABAP Class event from SE24.
Created event is instance event and has visibility as public.
I did check and activate everything without any error.

Then next step, I try to link with my workflow.
I did F4 on object type section and able to find my ABAP class. I did the
same thing when I select event.
However when I try to save my workflow, it's give me an error message
"E:Class does not exist".

Does anybody let me know, what I missed?
