Block Step Type for Dynamic Parallel Processing with End

Hey Ramki, strange perhaps you could use a process control step to
cancel the block....
FYI I was using workflow container not the local container, I think.
Worth testing with local container if process control step doesn't do
it.

Hi Jake,

I tried both "P Par for each" and "S For each" based on a multiline
container element. Within the block a main container (note: not local
block) element (say Flag) is set to 'Y' based on a user decision.  The
end condition for block is 'Flag =  Y'.
When the condition is met, the incomplete parallel branches are not
logically deleted. In case of Block type 'S' the next block is started
even after the condition is met.
