WF Background Jobs

All,

   Had a couple of quick questions on the WF Jobs, first being has anyone seen the job SWWCOND at times take hours to run? Second would be what the difference is between the 2 DM Jobs SWFSLSDLEX & SWWDHEX & why there's now 2 jobs for this.
