Using Distribution List to Send Notifications

HI,

My requirement is to send Notifications to different distribution list
based on some criteria. the notification involves the email IDs of
non-sap User. Also I cannot use a custom table to maintain the same. is
there any std way to establish this?

I know we have SO15 to maintain distribution list but am not sure how to
get different distribution list based on criteria if I maintain using
SO15
